This Tuscan palazzo is nestled in the heart of a resort town Forte dei Marmi, just a minute walk away from the sand beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea, and offers perfect location for shopping, beach holidays and professional cycling. The palazzo was built in the classical style back in 1930. The best architects and designers were invited to restore the palazzo, underlining its architectural beauty and individual traits, while keeping its historical look, classical details and complicated layout.
The villa is spread over 4 levels. On the ground level, you will find two living rooms, a dining room and a cocktail area, a bar, two working spaces, a cinema, and a spa area with swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and a sunbathing terrace. On the upper level, besides the bedrooms, there is an outdoor terrace with a garden, sun loungers, armchairs and a bar. You will enjoy to spend an evening here with family or friends over a glass of wine from the personal villa collection.
The palazzo can only be booked entirely for holidays with a family or friends and comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. The three upper level include 10 bedrooms, each boasting a dressing room and a bathroom. During the refurbishment, the interior designers used natural fabrics, including linen, silk, jacquard satin, and batiste. Canvas and leather were used for the purposes of upholstery. The bed linen, bathrobes and towels are custom-made. The highest quality service and attention to details are villa's staff priority.
The Mediterranean cuisine in the palazzo is based on the fresh sea products, fish, fowl, vegetables and fruits. For the residence guests to fully enjoy the look and taste of the dishes, the chef is there to control all stages of cooking, from the purchase of ingredients to the serving of ready dishes.
The villa includes a game room for kids, an amusement arcade with foosball and sim racing equipment, two cinemas, and a gym. Those who cannot imagine their lives without golf are welcome to use ultra-modern TrackMan 4 simulator. The villa’s business center and library will also be at your disposal. Cigar lovers will appreciate the cigar room.
The mansion is just 30 m away from the sea and boasts a private fenced beach for the guests, which is peculiarly important in Forte dei Marmi where public beaches are flooded with tourists during the summer. Reserved only for the palazzo guests and their friends, the beach features 11 sunshade patios for the pleasant rest and relaxed sunbathing and a wide range of water activities along with the relevant sports equipment and a beach gym.
The beach also benefits from a 24 sq. m swimming pool. During the day, when the sun is too hot, the guests are welcome to relax in a refreshing Jacuzzi, take a walk in the beachfront garden or have a yoga class in a pool front gym. Here you will also find a bar serving cold drinks and snacks, and a restaurant with a picturesque sea view. Needless to say, the beach offers all the necessary facilities, including showers and bathrooms.
